It is for people seeking to learn and practice tools, techniques and new perspectives so they can launch into the new year with clarity and confidence for an incredible year of living in harmony with their most authentic self.

People looking for a festival to drink or take drugs, nor is it for anyone not open to participating in a co-created experience. The magic here lies in the participatory and inclusive nature of the event.

Do I bring my own camping gear?
Yes, you must bring your own tent, mattress and sleeping gear. Head torch is also recommended.

Is food included?
Yes, 9 vegetarian meals catered for by Sadhana Kitchen, no BYO cooking on site however snacks are allowed and encouraged. We will have

Warmer layers for evening

Are there mosquitos

Yes, bring natural bug repellent to keep them away!

How do I get there?

The venue is approximately 3.5 hours drive north of Sydney. The address is The Moorings 1786 Coomba Rd, Coomba Bay

Can children come?

Yes children are more than welcome with Kids tickets available for children under 12. Children under 2 years free of charge.

Can I bring Drugs and Alcohol?

No, Laketopia is a clean/conscious event for maximum clarity and authentic connection.

Can I bring my Campervan?

Campervans are allowed however will be in a designated area (Select "Earth Clan" durng the ticketing process)

Is there parking?

Yes, parking onsite available and car-pooling highly encouraged.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds however tickets are transferable.

Is there a baby sitter available?

Whilst we will have kids activities scheduled this is not a dedicated child minding service so guardians should be present at their own discretion.

Can I bring a pet?

Sorry, due to the native flora, fauna and resident farm dog, No pets are allowed.
